We’re conveniently located near Arlington High School and Arlington Center, just one block away from Massachusetts Avenue. The building is located on the corner of Mill Street and Mill Brook Drive. There’s a pay parking lot on Mill Brook Drive and street parking is also accessible on Massachusetts Avenue, Summer Street, and Mill Street.
Our Burlington orthodontic office is located at 101 Cambridge Street, Suite 140, in Burlington, Massachusetts. We’re conveniently located near Burlington High School and we have a parking lot on the premises. The entrance to our office is on the side of the building, in the entrance with the green awning.

Dr. Daniel Varallo graduated from Tufts University in 1993, obtaining his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He continued his education at Indiana University, where he completed his orthodontic residency and received a Master of Science degree in Dentistry in 1995.
Dr. Varallo maintains a membership with the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society, the American Dental Association, and the American Association of Orthodontists.
He currently serves as Treasurer of the New England Damon study club and represents the Middlesex District on the Council of Membership of the Massachusetts Dental Society.
Dr. Varallo stays current with the latest technological advances in orthodontics. He regularly attends seminars and lectures on the most comprehensive treatments, including the Damon System and Invisalign.
Arlington & Burlington Braces
Traditional metal braces are one of the most efficient orthodontic tools Dr. Varallo uses to create healthy smiles. They’re made of metal or ceramic brackets affixed to the teeth, then connected by wires and tiny rubber bands or elastics.
These brackets, wires, and bands work together to apply the gentle pressure that will gradually move the teeth into the positions we want them to be in as long as you have regular adjustments with Dr. Varallo.

Invisalign aligners are custom-made from a comfortable plastic material and fit snugly over your teeth. To keep your teeth moving in the right direction, you’ll need to switch your invisible trays out for the next in the series every one to two weeks, as directed by Dr. Varallo.
The Invisalign system can only work if you follow the guidelines from Dr. Varallo. You should wear your aligners for 20-22 hours per day during treatment. If you don’t wear your aligners as directed, it can affect the results and add time to the orthodontic process.
